Tesla announced on Monday that its Chief Financial Officer Zac Kirkhorn had resigned from his role on Friday. According to the SEC filing, he has been replaced by Chief Accounting Officer Vaibhav Taneja and will stay on to help with the transition. Kirkhorn had been with the company since 2010 and served as CFO since 2019. Tesla shares fell nearly 3% after the news, but recovered and closed the day up a little less than 1%.

CNBC’s Hayden Fields reports that a recent update suggests the video platform is looking to use some customer data to train its artificial intelligence models. According to the terms, “service-generated data” that the company can use to train its AI does not offer an opt-out option. one in follow up blog postZoom clarified that “For AI, we do not use audio, video, or chat content to train our models without customer consent.”
